Technical support and warranty for weapons

All new AirMaks arms rifles are guaranteed for a period of 2 years. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions caused by our fault.

If the issue is related to damage or wear of parts due to reasons not covered by the warranty (e.g., normal wear and tear, improper use, or mechanical damage), we offer paid repairs and servicing. If the rifle can be sent to us, our specialists will diagnose the problem and fix it.

In cases where sending the rifle is not possible, dealers can carry out repairs locally and request the necessary spare parts from us. Additionally, we aim to resolve simpler issues remotely by providing consultations and recommendations.

The warranty does not cover:

1. Mechanical failures caused by improper handling (mechanical damage, fall damage, etc.).
2. Cases in which the weapon was tampered with by an unofficial service or other person
3. Defects caused by the use of other types of ammunition than recommended by the manufacturer.
4. Failure to follow the instructions contained in manual.
