The Krait Lite XT HP keeps the 700mm non-choked barrel and 915mm frame of the Lite X HP, feeding it from a 500cc tube cylinder rather than the 700cc bottle. Ballistically the two are the same rifle: same barrel, same twist, same calibers in .22, .25, and .30. What the swap changes is everything around the shot — 200cc less air, so fewer shots between fills, and 3.83kg on the scale, which makes this the heaviest rifle in the Lite line. In return the cylinder sits in a straighter, narrower profile than the bottle. The beech stock and the internally regulated action carry over unchanged from the rest of the line. On the 700cc bottle, see the
Krait Lite X HP — for a shorter tube build, the
Krait Lite LT HP.
